Dear TC Mullis,

I am writing this letter to “Thank You” for your expert advice, speedy delivery, and your continued patience with myself and my husband when recently purchasing our new home. TC, because of you, Paul and I were able to purchase the home we had our hearts set on. You are the perfect example of an entrepreneur that thinks outside the box to truly find a way to help your clients buy a home. We had several moving parts to our scenario and you were able to get a specific plan in place that worked for us and all in less than 30 days.

As you know, I work for a Bank that does Mortgages and I chose to work with you simply because you are the best! Not only do you know the mortgage business like the back of your hand, but you have the bedside manner to go along with it. I can’t remember a time that I either called you, emailed you, or texted you, that I didn’t get a response back in less than 5 – 10 minutes. You truly care about your clients and it shows. The day of closing, I know you were extremely busy however; you made the trek down San Jose to join us, while Paul and I signed our life away or so it seemed to insure all went smoothly. I don’t know how to “Thank You”, but I will sure refer as many people as I can to you, with a FABULOUS recommendation to go along with it!
