Dear TC,

I wanted to take a minute to apologize for taking you and your service for granted. I am so used to your knowledge, skill, service and communications that I forgot how bad the other lenders are. In the past few weeks I have had to deal with a variety of issues, from not being able to reach a loan officer, reaching them and they don’t know the answer (“my processor would know that”), not properly pre-qualifying the buyer and then they can’t get financing, extra long time frames to process the loan causing delays in closing, and more. I have none of these issues when working with you.

So, I just wanted to let you know again that I GREATLY appreciate what you do for my buyers and will not take your service for granted any more. I know that when my buyers work with you they are properly qualified, the loan will close on time, and that my buyers and I can reach you and get answers to any questions we may have, as can the other agent involved in the transaction. Your expertise and customer service are the gold standard.
